This article is about the use (or uselessness) of captchas. Captchas are those annoying things that forms make you do before submitting... typing in words you can barely read, doing a simple math problem, that kind of thing. I have to say, I mostly agree with everything in the articles. Most captchas are annoying for humans and don't do a thing to stop spambots (robots who send spam emails.. get it?). Sooo how do we stop le spam bot? There are a lot of smart people in the world who can probably figure out a better way. I'm not one of those people, but I believe they exist and will find a better way for us all. While they're at it, if they could build a secure web browser that didn't crash, that would be nice too.
